The vision of Amazing Lyfe is that of yoga in its fullest meaning: which is UNION. This vision is embodied in the following ways: Through loving spiritual community; expanding consciousness and wisdom; the sharing of personal, interpersontal and transpersonal tools and skills that help us connect to the deepest aspects of ourselves and the universe in which we live; meditation based spiritual practice; yoga and compassionate and sustainable living.
These practices connect us to the earth, to each other, to wisdom, to spirit, and to the Cosmos.
This site is also home for SHANTI NILAYA YOGA SCHOOL - the first school of TRANSFORMATIONAL YOGA in the UK.

Some information about The AMAZING Lyfe Project (AML) is also to be found here, and background information about me and how I work and who I am. The AML is a Transpersonal education programme designed to increase wellbeing by supporting the learner in experimenting with their life in ways that provide them with deeper meaning and purpose. It is designed to help students reach their fullest potential as a human being and is a programme for primary schools, secondary schools, teachers, college tutors, prisons, hospitals and other institutions. The programme is designed for anyone interested in personal and/or spiritual development, contemplative education, meditation and life skills.
